Salary: $36,000.00 to $74,000.00 /year

Immediate opening for a highly qualified appointment setter. Sales and/or telemarketing background is a must! If you have what it takes to set appointments for our sales team then we want to talk with you.

To be successful in this role, you will be a high-performing lead generator who makes high volume outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to our services with excellent follow up and follow through.

  • Perform outbound calls and follow up as needed to schedule qualified appointments for the CEO
  • Achieve and maintain a positive rapport with prospects and work to give them the best possible service
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management database system
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of our service and product offerings.
  • Ensure our organisation is actively promoted, and reputation and professional image are represented to the highest standard


  • Great happy voice
  • Proven experience in making high volume outbound sales calls
  • Solid B2B services sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership characteristics with strong accountability and initiative
  • Savvy with systems such as a CRM, as well MS Outlook for appointment setting
  • Ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Interest in IT and desire to help business owners
